She converted her living room into a classroom and started teaching to 23 boys and girls from the small neighborhood of Homesite. â€Å"Little Angels† in City Heights was opened in 1971 and managed by her very capable assistant. To achieve quick processing of computing grades. 2. To increase the efficiency in preparing reports and grades. 3. Minimize the time consumed in recording of grades. Definition of Terms 1. Database – collection of data on computer: a systematically arranged collection of computer data, structured so that it can be automatically retrieved or manipulated. (Encarta Encyclopedia) - This will serve as storage of the finish grades of every student that are computed in the system. 2. Compilation - In computer programming, the translation of source code into object code by a compiler. - By this system, the grades of each student will automatically save in this system by collecting each of the data that are computed. 3. Grading System - is designed to provide incentive reward for achievement and assist in identifying problems of the students. - A system where the grades of each student computed automatically by the help of computer, it is easy to the teachers to compute the grades of his students because of this automated grading system 4 4. Manual - Done by hand, or not using machinery or electronics to fulfill a function. - The teacher’s manual computation takes too much time to consume and some errors may occur. 5.
